Italy provides a wealth of material for the painter. From textured buildings, through landscapes to wonderful hilltop towns. A fortunate two month sojourn in this inspiring country saw these paintings come to fruition.
I think of Greece in terms of blue and white buildings, clear, clear water and sunshine. It is hard not to be inspired to paint these scenes. I hope you enjoy them.
